Tim Hortons

I must say that this Tim Horton's is consistently terrible regarding service. I don't come here often, but on the odd chance that it does, nothing has changed. The employees don't seem to really care about working, more about conversing about the latest news. I have often found myself standing around waiting for my tea or bagle to be made while the employees meander and don't bother helping the single employee who is actually working hard.

If this is the shop just off Eagle, I just wanted to say your employee Tammy is the nicest person who has ever served me!!! You should be very happy to have someone like her working at your location. She is so friendly and a delight to deal with.

When we moved into the subdivision at Yonge and Sawmill Valley Drive 3 years ago, we were pretty excited to have our favourite coffee and donut chain right across the street. But the service we have had at this particular Tim Horton's has been awful. Why do we keep going back, you ask? Because of me - I tell my hubby to be patient and polite and give them a second chance. But after today, I am the one who is going to enforce the boycott. It's not that today's visit to the drive-thru was a horrible experience, but my simple order was wrong. Did I say anything to the staff or the manager? No, but I will call. I had a sleeping baby in the back seat of the car, hence the reason for the use of the drive-thru. I am just curious as to how hard it is to make a small coffee with one milk, one sugar and a flavour shot of French Vanilla? How can this be confused for a small French Vanilla cappuccino?! Two totally different things!! My hubby always orders steeped tea with 2 milks and 2 sugars but inevitably, it isn't to his liking. More often than not, it's a weak tea rather than a steeped tea! Well, I am sorry to say that this has happened too many times and it's far too late to give this Tim Horton's location third, fourth, fifth chances...

Lucky that we live close to the Dominion which has a small Tim Horton's inside. The service there has been great and no messed-up orders! Knock on wood that it continues to be good!
