Dairy Queen-Brazier Foods

This Dairy Queen is by far the worst in the whole GTA. The service by petulant unsupervised 14 year olds is terrible. They are rude, lazy and annoying at best. The immaturity is astounding. I actually sat in the drive through listening and watching a blond girl in her early teens, loudly talking about how high she got the day before while my blizzards melted on the counter. This store management is pathetic and DQ should be ashamed to let this go on. Baskin Robbins, Marble Slab, and several other mom and pop stores get my money from now on. I have given this DQ many chances and they fail repeatedly. If anything, drive to the Aurora one.
On a last note, I think that the good reviews on here are either written by complete morons or staff at this DQ to make up for any terrible review. Either way, they cannot possibly be real.

I went there on Saturday, even though the place was full, the service was amazing. The ones that were complaining i dont know whats their beef!!

who the crap has written this. i go there everyday in my lunchbreak of the school. the place is worth it.!!! keep it up DQ!!!!!!!newmarket

the food there is ultimate. the staff is extremely good

My wife and I have frequented this Dairy Queen 5-6 times now and every single time it has been an extreme dissapointment. The service is utter crap, the food quality terrible and there seems to be no one over the age of 16 working there at any time. Today was the last straw as we have frequented this Dairy Queen for the last time. Again, the service was terrible as was the food quality. We ordered 2 Blizzards and took them home which is about 3 minutes away. By the time we got home, they were literally soup. They were floats.... and were not mixed properly...AGAIN.
This is terrible. I have been to quite a few Dairy Queens around the GTA and Ontario and this is the only one where it seems the manager/owner is constantly absent and does not care.
I suggest DQ HQ send a rep to this place before this store ruins the reputation of the whole franchise.

Dairy Queen is probably one of the worst places to work in. One of the supervisors is especially mean, and if she doesnt like you, all the ohter friend employees won't either. There was definately some hard cases where bullying took place and it was one of the worst experiences in my life. There is no amount of money that will make me go work there again. Ever. Like, in my entire life. I think that if i was held at gunpoint, i would choose death over that horrid place. That working experience honestly changed my outlook on life. So if you're going to apply there. Beware.

My experience at your Dairy Queen was horrible. The service was awful. The servers had a bad attitude and even proceeded to chuck the food on the counter when we voiced that the making of the banana split was not acceptable. We had 10+ people with us and I can say that I will not go back. I will be contacting the head office for Dairy Queen. Might I add, the bathrooms were disgusting, dirty and had no toilet paper either. The floors of the restaurant were dirty too. I have been going to Dairy Queen faithfully since I was a child and never thought I would see the day that I would hesitate before going back.
